Invest time and energy in training your team members so that they can hit the ground running
Build out your customer service function with robust processes and systems such as canned responses for FAQs, Launch Handbook that contains all important launch information such as key links, prices, offers, payment options etc. to make handling customer enquiries efficient and prompt.
Automate processes where appropriate (those areas that don’t require high-touch or personalised attention)
When hiring make sure the job description for every position aligns with the results and output you expect from that position
Build in self care during your launch and post launch so that you avoid burnout
Strategy is important because it forms the backbone of your launch. It informs how you intend to introduce and present your course or program to your audience. And that is all there is to it….
