A comprehensive plan covers all the bases. It really gets you thinking of why you are doing what you are doing. What it is that you are doing. How it is going to be done. Who is going to be doing what and when? How much will it cost in terms of time, money and resources? What if this or that happens, then what? Should we continue, pivot or stop all together? Are we on the right track? How close are we to achieving our goal?
Strategy is important because it forms the backbone of your launch. It informs how you intend to introduce and present your course or program to your audience. And that is all there is to it….
