Strategy is important because it forms the backbone of your launch. It informs how you intend to introduce and present your course or program to your audience.

Getting clear on how you will launch your course or program, generate leads, drive traffic, promote your launch, deliver your launch content and engage your audience.

Step #1 – Have a brainstorm about the vision you have for your launch, what message do you want to convey about yourself, your brand and your product? How do you want your prospects to feel and what do you want them to experience? 

Step #2 – Now brainstorm how you can make this happen effectively. This then forms your strategy. Have a think about what aligns with you. Don’t do something because you see others doing it. If you do decide to try something then make sure it’s something that makes you feel good and energised otherwise it’s just not going to work or be sustainable long term.

Your pre-launch content is usually 3-4 pieces of content addressing…

  • The ‘why’ – why should your prospect care? and why your product is a necessary solution to whatever pain they’re currently experiencing
  • The ‘what’ – what is the transformation you are promising? What transformation does your product offer?
  • The ‘how’ – how is your product or service going to change your prospect’s lives? How does it solve their problem?
  • Think about how you want to relay the value and benefits of your product.


How will you deliver your pre-launch content?

  • Will you be doing a challenge or a bootcamp?
  • Will you be delivering a series of webinars or masterclasses?
  • Will you be delivering a series of pre-recorded videos that will be released over a period of time?


How will you promote the launch of your product in order to generate leads and drive traffic?

  • Email marketing

How will you engage with your audience and deliver an unforgettable launch experience?
